Team

Richard Case

A master's Engineering degree from the University of Oxford, Chartership and 20 year's experience, has given me a firm and broad base with which to solve your business problems. I have worked with a variety of security, technology and software businesses, including QinetiQ, Cyara and Jaguar Land Rover. I believe ERPNext has the potential to transform the small to medium-sized business software market in the UK, offering enterprise-grade features for very little cost.

I love Python, have over 20 year's experience with Linux, hate repetitive admin, and firmly believe ERPNext would increase efficiency and reduce overheads in your business. I can work through the whole of the engineering lifecycle for your projects:

  • Understanding your business, capturing requirements and constraints, identifying gaps and designing a solution
  • Implementing the best solution in Frappe, ERPNext, Python, Javascript, HTML, Java, C, C++, assembly language, electronics hardware or IT
  • Writing automated tests or manual testing to make sure the solution works in all good and bad scenarios
  • Documenting, releasing and managing solutions according to strict change control procedures
  • Troubleshooting, bug reporting and resolving the inevitable and unforeseen issues with software or any IT infrastructure
If you would like to check my knowledge of ERPNext, have a look at my Frappe School completed courses.

Outside of work I enjoy badminton, climbing, repair cafes and paramotoring.
